Buenos Aires is pushing to become the kosher capital of Latin America.
After working with restaurants, tour operators and Jewish institutions, the city’s authorities have launched an initiative called Buenos Aires Kosher Friendly.

Buenos Aires is already home to the first kosher McDonald's outside Israel, which was set up in 1998.
